SimVC Intelligence is a fund-specific pre-IC red team for emerging managers and angel funds. It is in private validation: we're working with a small number of funds on deals they have already evaluated, to test whether it surfaces something their process missed. What a design partner gets

  • The strongest counter-thesis, argued in full — not a token risk list.
  • Evidence gaps ranked by potential decision impact, not by which slide is missing.
  • The decision-changing questions worth asking before partner time is committed.
  • Every conclusion linked back to the materials you supplied.

What it deliberately is not

  • No funding, return, or success probability.
  • No INVEST / HOLD / PASS, and no single company score.
  • No named real funds or partners — the reasoning is built from investor psychologies, not people.
  • Your fund's data stays isolated and never crosses to the founder product.
  • No price yet — pricing is set only after the wedge earns it, not before.

How the validation works

We give SimVC only the information that was available before your IC discussed the deal, freeze its pressure test, then compare it with your contemporaneous memo and notes — coding every finding as new, improved, duplicate, wrong, or unverifiable. The blinding is the point: a comparison made knowing the real decision measures hindsight, not pressure-test quality.
