Thesis-Driven Seed Partner
Can this company map clearly to a thesis the partner can defend inside the fund?
THE 16 DECISION ARCHETYPES
An archetype defines a decision lens. It is not a real investor, a named firm, or a finished persona. SimVC combines these lenses with the fundraise frame to generate up to 300 tracked profiles with individual mandates, focus areas, evidence thresholds, and starting positions.
Each family carries a public decision lens, but the simulation does not stop at the family label. Profiles vary in mandate, fund type, focus, evidence threshold, and bias. When several profiles still reach the same root concern, SimVC consolidates it and reports the support count instead of presenting paraphrases as separate discoveries.
Can this company map clearly to a thesis the partner can defend inside the fund?
Do growth, retention, and revenue quality prove that demand is more than a story?
Why is this specific team unusually equipped to win this specific market?
Is there a credible wedge and expansion path beneath the headline TAM?
What becomes harder to copy as the company grows?
Do margins, acquisition channels, and payback logic survive basic scrutiny?
Can the next 90 days and the next hires actually be delivered?
Does the deck create enough urgency and founder energy to act now?
Does the founder understand incumbents, adjacent attempts, and honest differentiation?
Is the round constructed with enough commitment for a follower to engage?
Do ask, milestones, dilution, and use of funds form a coherent round?
Are legal, compliance, platform, and dependency risks acknowledged and mitigated?
Does the opportunity overlap with a current bet or create a partnership conflict?
Does the company meet the fund’s geographic, impact, or founder mandate with evidence?
Would retention, sales efficiency, and repeatability clear the bar for the claimed stage?
What contradiction or structural concern is the rest of the room likely to miss?
A famous person’s name creates false authority and an impersonation problem without improving preparation. SimVC models decision patterns instead. Names of real investors and firms are prohibited in the generation instructions and scrubbed at output as a separate technical control.
BEFORE THE REAL ROOM
The same 16 lenses produce a different distribution for a pre-seed B2B SaaS round than for a growth-stage consumer raise. Your frame determines the room.
